Established in 2003, Juki Electronic Appliance Manufacturer specializes in the production of chargers, AV cables and USB cables for Apple's iPhones and iPods. Due to the demands of the market, we started exporting our products in 2005.
We have 3 factories covering a total area of 15,000 square meters. 20 production lines are strictly manned by 370 workers. 100 percent of our production is for export and our monthly production capacity is 2 million pieces. MOQ is 500 pieces and delivery lead time is 10 to 20 days.
Six highly-experienced engineers in our R&D team utilize 10 injection molding machines, making them capable of launching three to 20 new items per month. New samples can be done in 20 to 40 days and for your convenience, our engineers can communicate with you in English.
Our QC team is composed of 40 staff and two QC personnel are assigned in each production line. As a result of your continuous efforts, our products have been approved by CE, FCC and RoHS.
